Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AuditMyTracking, operated by Web Analytics Solution ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website and tools (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AuditMyTracking scans publicly accessible websites and reports on the tracking technologies it can detect, such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and CAPI, GTM, Consent Mode v2, and server-side tracking. The Service is provided for informational purposes to help you understand your tracking setup.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to audit websites you own or are authorized to analyze.

3. Accuracy of results

Audit results are generated automatically and may not detect every tag, or may occasionally report a result that does not reflect your full setup. Results are provided "as is" and should not be treated as a guarantee. You are responsible for verifying your own tracking before making business decisions.

4. Paid features and subscriptions

Some features may require payment now or in the future. When you purchase a paid plan or subscription, you agree to pay the listed fees. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and features may change, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Applicable taxes may be added.

5. Refunds

Any refund terms for paid features will be described at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees for services already delivered are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual property

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
